RoadmapHub — Privacy Policy

RoadmapHub ("the Power-Up", "we") is a Trello Power-Up operated by CHPX that turns a Trello board into a branded public roadmap and changelog. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR and the Brazilian LGPD.

1. Data we collect

• Trello account data: your Trello member ID and an authorization token you grant, used solely to read the boards and lists you choose to publish and to keep your public roadmap in sync.
• Board content you publish: the names, descriptions, and links of cards in the lists you map to roadmap columns. Only the boards you explicitly publish are processed, and only the mapped lists are made public.
• Visitor subscriptions: if you enable the email-subscribe widget, the email addresses visitors submit so we can notify them when you ship.
• Votes: anonymous, randomly generated visitor identifiers (stored in the visitor's browser) used only to prevent double-voting. No personal data is collected from voters.
• Billing data: for Pro subscriptions, your email and a Stripe customer ID. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.

2. How we use it

To render and sync your public roadmap, send "we shipped" update emails to your subscribers, prevent duplicate votes, process subscription billing, and provide support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Service providers

• Vercel — hosting of the application and public pages.
• Upstash (Redis) — storage of your roadmap settings, snapshots, votes, and subscriber lists.
• Stripe — subscription payments.
• Resend — delivery of subscriber update emails.

4. Data retention

Roadmap settings and subscriber lists are kept until you delete the roadmap or uninstall the Power-Up. Deleting a roadmap removes its public page, snapshot, votes, and subscriber list.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and subscribers may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every update email. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below.
